Deconstructing Whiteness: Context, Privilege, Fragility & Allyship

This course provides social, historical and political context for the creation of 'white' as a social group, status, and opportunity.

Utilizing a framework grounded in love, compassion and respect, critically conscious self and societal reflection is facilitated through this self-paced course. 

This course is useful for folks who identify as white and want to better understand HOW and WHY that influences diverse group dynamics. Also a valuable course for folks who are not white, and want more tools and language for addressing the impact of whiteness and white supremacy culture in team dynamics, organizational culture, and healthcare outcomes.
