What Is an Organizational Assessment?

An organizational assessment is a structured evaluation of your policies, culture, and workforce practices. It provides a clear snapshot of where you are today, and creates a roadmap for where you need to go to strengthen equity, belonging, and resilience across your teams.
Drawing from our Grounding Assessment Checklist, CCC examines eight key areas:
